Below is a calendar with the dates of our forthcoming events.

On the calendar there's a  green button  next to an event.If that button says, "POLLING OPEN" then when you click you'll be directed to our poll where you can contribute your availability on that day to inform the decision making process and final time selection.Once polling has closed and a time selected, the  green button  will say, "REGISTRATION" and when clicked will direct you to registration.You don't need to keep track of any of this as i will send out four emails to you (with relevant details) for any given event:

1.   when the poll opens2.   24-hours before the poll closes
       (only if you haven't clicked the link in the previous email)3.   with the chosen time + registration link4.   24-hours before the event

This process will repeat for each CwK.
In part, the reason for this approach to scheduling is because CwK is not synchronized to the Gregorian calendar, i.e, every Sunday @ 1pm and so this method allows for greater inclusivity care of consideration.—•— IMPORTANT: CwK Calls will NOT be recorded —•—
